You can clear individual days by opening the day editor and tapping "Clear Day". To clear all data, go to Settings (gear icon) and select "Clear All Data" under the Advanced section.
Go to Settings (gear icon) and tap "Show Tutorial Again" under the Advanced section.
Long-press on any exercise, meal option, or snack to see a menu that lets you copy it to other days. Alternatively, you can use "Copy Day To..." to copy an entire day's plan.
All your data is stored locally on your device. WeekDeck does not collect or transmit any of your information. If you have iCloud enabled, iOS may sync your data via iCloud.
If you have iCloud enabled on your iOS devices and are signed in with the same Apple ID, your plans may sync automatically through iCloud.
